Anyone living in the State of Delaware who has been affected by stroke (a stroke survivor or the caregiver of a stroke survivor).

Any out of pocket expenses accrued during stroke recovery including but not limited to:

• Thickeners for swallowing            

• AAC devices   

• Copays for Medications 

• Copayments for Botox injections                                

• Mobility related DME: w/c, RW, cane, wheelchairs

• Copayments for Psych/Neuropsych appts

• Bathroom DME: shower chair, tub bench, grab bars, elevated toilet seat

• ADL AE: long handled sponge, reacher, sock aid, walker basket, shoelaces, etc

• Adaptive clothing            

• Home renovations: ramp, handrails, copay for stair lift

• EZ lock docking system for w/c accessible vans

• Car hitch for PWC transport

• Driving Rehab
